ChEESE Researchers Bring Science to the Public at #FêteDeLaScience2024

Researchers Nathalie Favretto-Cristini and Maxence Ferrari took ChEESE’s cutting-edge research to a wide audience at this year's #FêteDeLaScience2024. The event, themed "An Ocean of Knowledge," provided the perfect backdrop to showcase both the ChEESE project and SEASOUNDS.

Their stand, focused on Underwater Noise Pollution and Its Impact on Marine Life, featured eye-catching roll-ups and interactive animations, helping visitors understand the vital work being done within SEASOUNDS and ChEESE-2P. Over 300 visitors stopped by to learn more, making it a hugely successful event.

“It was an exhausting weekend, but we’re incredibly happy with the turnout and the engagement we had!” shared the researchers. The dedication to raising awareness about ocean health and HPC-powered research was truly inspiring.
