Cities on Volcanoes is the primary international conference dedicated to volcanic risk. Researcher, Alejandra Guerrero, presented the ChEESE poster titled ‘Probabilistic Hazard Analysis of Active Volcanoes Based on Energy Partition Analysis’ at Cities on Volcanoes.
Also, Arnau Folch gave a short talk on volcanic hazards and multi-hazard assessments that blend HPC with field data.
The recent ChEESE webinar, “(Neuro)Diversity in STEM: perspectives on neurodivergence in academia and research”, delivered by Dr Alexander L. Palmer (King’s College London), brought together more than 35 participants online for an engaging and thought-provoking session.
From 15 to 18 June 2026, ChEESE-2P researchers Maxence Ferrari and Nathalie Favretto-Cristini presented recent project results at the International Conference on Underwater Acoustics (ICUA 2026), held at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.
