The item of the agenda was to vote the inclusion to the Consortium of a new Italian partner. Some information on this new partner:

- A sister company of E4 Computer Engineering, an organization with a long experience in EU funded projects.
- E4 Analytics was created to offer professional advice and services in the fields of Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence and has gained significant experience in the design and maintenance of interactive computing services for HPC clusters. In collaboration with E4 Computer Engineering, E4 Analytics is developing the interactive computing services for the Fenix Research Infrastructure and, in this context, has developed an extension of the standard Jupyterhub SlurmSpawner, which allows the end user to specify the computing resources to be allocated, the working environment and the User Interface to be used in its interactive computing session.
- We propose to assign to E4 Analytics the leadership of a new SubTask within the Task T6.4: EuroHPC urgent computing service enabling .
- The new SubTask 6.4.1: Interface for interactive computing (Lead: E4 Analytics | Participants: CINECA, INGV, CSIC | M25-M48) will test the usability of an e-infrastructure for interactive computing to ease the implementation and execution of workflows in Urgent Computing exercises, targeting EuroHPC systems like CINECA Leonardo.
- A Deliverable on the SCs report on the use of the interface for interactive computing (D6.9), associated with the activities of ST6.4.1, will be led by E4 Analytics and delivered at M46.
- In order to fund such an activity and the participation of E4 Analytics, we propose a reduction of 5% of CINECA and INGV original budget, that is euro 59096.863 (5% of 629416 from INGV and 5% of 552521 from CINECA).
